Pricing
Our price structure is based on a single coil on up. The greater
the order per coil for release at the same time, the greater discount
allowed per coil.
Coil Formula
On Tube Patterns the first number is the tube
spacing center to center.
The 2nd number is center to center on the coil depth. |
Example:
• A 3/8" OD tube coil, utilizing the 1" x .866"
pattern, 10 tubes high by 4 rows deep would have dimensions
of
10 x 1" = 10", 4 x .866" = 3.464", so the
fin would be 10" high by 3.464" deep.
• If the coil was 1/2" OD tube (which is a 1.25"
x 1.08" pattern) had 10 tubes high and was 4 rows deep,
it would have fin dimensions of 12.5" height and 4.32"
deep.
NOTE: The same formula would apply to all tube
patterns. |
